Maximo Implementation Consultants Cohesive is recruiting Senior Consultants experienced with Enterprise Asset Management for our Maximo implementation practice. Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience with Work Management and/or Supply Chain business processes and have worked in one or more of the capital-intensive industries such as Utilities, Oil and Gas, and Manufacturing. Senior Consultants will contribute to the implementation of the Maximo EAM application using Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.Contributions will be in the form of the development and application of leading business practices, the collection of documentation of functional and detailed business requirements, Maximo system design, development and execution of system tests, and participation in Change Management including end-user training material development. Candidates should have 5 or more years of experience with Enterprise Asset Management Systems. Candidates with one or more certifications (SMRP) or/and with direct hands-on experience with IBM Maximo products with subject matter expertise in Asset/Work Management and/or Supply Chain is a plus. Experience with the PowerPlant product suite is also desired.CONSULTING POSITIONS:
Maximo Technical Consultants/Developers Cohesive is recruiting Maximo Technical Consultants to support project teams and provide technical solutions to Maximo projects. Technical Consultants are responsible for Maximo product installation and initial setup, migration of customer legacy data into Maximo and the design, development and documentation of interface with Maximo. Candidates should have 3 or more years of related experience with Maximo release 5, 6 and/or 7. Candidates should have a working knowledge of Maximo and possess the following skills:TECHNICAL POSITIONS:
GIS Consultants Cohesive is looking for consultants for its Spatial Asset Management Practice to work on implementations of the integration of Maximo EAM and ESRI GIS. Consultants deliver projects through requirements gathering, testing, training, problem solving, implementing and documenting activities. Consultants in this position need broad experience with technical, functional, and interpersonal skills. This role is customer facing, so presentation and diplomacy are crucial. As with any consulting position, travel to customer sites can be frequent and the ability to act independently is a necessity. Currently few people fit the model candidate description for this position. Cohesive will provide training for the right candidates that best match the profile. Junior/entry-level spatial consultants will be teamed up with senior team leads to manage their work, and support their growth until they are ready to take on leadership roles. This is NOT a GIS analyst, mapper, or GIS technician role. While you need this background you will be applying the knowledge in new innovative ways. Successful candidates will have a degree in engineering, information systems, or geography from a nationally recognized higher-level institution, or relevant career experience.
